Materials:
1 T. licorice
1 T. fennel seeds
1 T. mint leaves
1 T. comfrey leaves
1 T. parsley Instructions:
Mix and store in a clean, tightly-capped jar.
To Use:
Bring 1 quart water and 1/2 ounce herbs to boil. Put steaming pot on the table, and put your face over the pot, at least 10 inches from the water. Cover head and pot with a towel. Relax for at least 5 minutes. You can also use this mixture in a vaporizer while you sleep.
Easy Muscle Relief Recipe
Materials:
1 pound white rice (long cooking variety)
Several sprigs of lavender (other herbs, fragrant flowers, or essential oils may be used)
Heavy white cotton fabric (approximately one yard)
Strong cord Instructions:
Using the white cotton fabric, make a bag with a draw-string closure. (You could also use a small pillow case.) The bag could be stenciled or otherwise decorated if desired. Fill the bag with the rice and the lavender or other herbs.Instructions for use: Place the bag in the microwave for two to four minutes. Remove and place on aching muscles.You'll be amazed at how long the rice retains the heat and how wonderful it smells!!

1/2 tsp apricot kernel oil 2 tsp lanolin 1 drop essential oil of your choice (optional) Instructions:
Melt oils together, add essential oil, pour into jar and let set.

Materials:
3 Ounces Beeswax 3 Ounces Sesame Oil 1 Tablespoon Camphor 2 Tablespoons Glycerin 1 Vitamin E Capsule Instructions:
Melt all ingredients together. Mix well. Pour into your desired container and refrigerate for a few hours. Use a lip brush or Q-Tip to apply to your lips as needed.
