Cheese Puffs 
These are so simple and will be the hit of any party platter.
Serving: 12
Prep Time: 10 minutes minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients:
1/2 grated lb Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup flour
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients together in large bowl. Roll dough into balls the size of large marbles.
2. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
3. Variations: Use different cheeses, add chopped olives, mushrooms, toasted onions, garlic salt, parsley, or finely chopped ham when mixing.
Cocktail Sauce 
Serving: Serves: 64
Cook Time: 5 minutes
Total Time: 5 minutes
Ingredients:
3 to 4 cups catsup
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco sauce or Louisiana Hot Sauce
salt
pepper
horseradish
Directions:
1. Start with three to four cups of catsup. Add other ingredients to your liking. Use as a condiment with oysters or boiled shrimp.
Crab Balls 
Serving Size: 36
Ingredients:
1/2 lb Crab meat
1 1/2 Cup Bread crumbs, soft
1 Egg
2tb Cocktail sauce
2tb Mayonnaise
2 tb Green onion, minced
1 tb Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 ts Mustard powder
dash Red pepper
dash Black pepper
1 cup Potato chips, crushed
Directions:
In large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, beaten egg, cocktail sauce, mayonnaise, green onion, parsley, mustard powder, red pepper and black pepper. Cover; chill at least 1 hour. Form mixture into 36 balls, using a rounded teaspoon for each. Roll in crushed chips; place on baking sheet. Bake in 425 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes until hot and golden brown. Serve immediately with additional cocktail sauce for dipping.
