Cappuccino Mocha Mix
Servings - Makes 2 1/2 cups of mix (Enough to 10 servings).
6 Tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons instant espresso coffee powder
3 Tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa
1-1/4 cups powdered nondairy creamer, plain or Irish cream
1/2 cup plus 2 Tablespoons granulated sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
In a medium bowl, stir together espresso coffee powder, cocoa, nondairy creamer, sugar and cinnamon. Store tightly covered. For each cup of cappuccino, measure 4 tablespoons mix into a coffee mug and stir in 6 oz. of boiling water.
Banana Split Hot Cocoa

3 cups milk
3/4 cup (4 envelopes) Rich Chocolate Hot Cocoa Mix
1 large banana, cut up
1/4 cup Strawberry Flavor Syrup
4 tablespoons whipped topping
1/4 cup Chocolate Flavor Syrup
4 maraschino cherries
2 tablespoons chopped walnuts (optional)
PLACE milk, cocoa mix, banana and strawberry syrup in blender; cover. Blend until smooth. Pour into saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until hot. Pour into 4 mugs. Top with whipped topping and a drizzle of chocolate syrup. Add one cherry to each mug; sprinkle with nuts.
2 cups tang
2 c sugar
½ c instant tea
½ tsp cloves
1 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients. Store in airtight container. Add 2 heaping tsp to a cup of hot water. Stir and enjoy.
