Crockpot Sirloin Steak
Sirloin steak (3-4#)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 can PEPSI (Not Diet) Preparation:
Place meat in crock pot. Top with mushroom soup & onion soup mix. Pour Pepsi over all. Cover & cook on high 6 hours.
Crockpot Cola Chicken
1 cup Coca-Cola - Pepsi Cola or other cola
1 cup catsup
1 large onion - sliced
1 1/2 pounds whole chicken Preparation:
Wash and pat dry chicken. Salt and pepper to taste. Put chicken in crockpot and onions on top. Add cola and catsup and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours. When cooked place in refrigerator to cool and then skim off the fat. Reheat and eat.
Crockpot Chicken Broccoli
2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders
10.75 oz. can cream of chicken
10.75 oz. can cheddar cheese soup
10.75 oz. can cream of broccoli soup
1/2 tsp. minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste Preparation:
Place chicken in crockpot. Add all other ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8-10 hours.
Crockpot Italian Chicken
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 envelope good seasons Italian dressing mix
1/2 c. water
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms pieces and stems, drained Preparation:
Place chicken in bottom of crockpot. Combine salad dressing mix and water. Pour over chicken and cook on low for 3 hours. Mix soup and cream cheese and mushrooms. Pour over chicken and cook one more hour or until chicken is done. Serve over rice or pasta.
Crockpot Jalapeno Roast Beef Sandwiches
3 to 5 lb roast (largest I've used is a 5 lb)
1 can beef stock
6 - 8 jalapenos (cut into 1/2 pieces)
Salt and pepper to taste Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a crock pot. I set ours to 3 (medium) and cook for 8-10 hours. Halfway through cooking, turn the roast. Just before serving, remove roast and shred, returning meat to crock pot and then serve on sandwich rolls with mozzarella cheese.
