Arrow Crockpot Applesauce Arrow

Ingredients:
3 pounds apples, peeled and quartered
1 cinnamon stick -- (or 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon)
Preparation:
In a crockpot, place prepared apples and cook on high for about 3 hours, or until fork tender. Serve in bowls warm.

Arrow Crockpot Banana Bread Arrow

Servings - 4 To 6
Ingredients:
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/3 cup shortening
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 cups well mashed, overripe banana (2 or 3 bananas)
1/2 cup coarsely chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation:
Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. With the electric beater on low, fluff the shortening in a small bowl, until soft and creamy. Add the sugar gradually. Beat in the eggs in a slow stream. With a fork, beat in 1/3 of the flour mixture, 1/2 the bananas another 1/3 of the flour mixture, the rest of the bananas then the last of the flour mixture. Fold in the walnuts. Turn into a greased and floured baking unit or a 2 1/2 quart mold and cover. Place on a rack in the slow cooker. Cover the cooker, but prop the lid open with a toothpick or a twist of foil to let the excess steam escape. Cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. Cool on a rack for 10 minutes. Serve Warm.

Arrow Crockpot Barbecued Beef And Beans Arrow

Ingredients:
2-2 1/2 lbs. beef stew meat, cut into 1 in. cubes
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup smoke-flavored barbecue sauce
1 cup beef bouillon or beef broth
2 {1 lb.} cans pinto, kidney, or lima beans, drained
Preparation:
Sprinkle beef with salt and pepper. Place in crockpot with barbecue sauce and bouillon {or beef broth} Cover and cook on LOW setting for 4-6 hours. Add drained beans and cook on HIGH setting for 20 minutes.

Arrow Crockpot Wild Rice and Chicken Soup Arrow

Ingredients:
1 (10 and 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
2 and 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken
2 cup sliced fresh mushrooms
1 cup coarsely chopped carrot
1 cup sliced celery
1 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice mix
5 cups chicken broth
5 cups water
Preparation:
In crockpot combine soup, chicken, mushrooms, carrots, celery, rice and contents of seasoning packet. Gradually stir in broth and water. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
