Crockpot Spanish Rice And Beef
Ingredients:
1 1/2 pds of ground chuck or beef
1 medium onion,chopped
1 green pepper,chopped
1 can (28-oz) tomatoes
1 can (8-oz) tomato sauce
1 cp water
2 1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
1/4 cp uncooked rice (converted) Preparation:
Brown beef in skillet and drain off faTt.Put all ingredients in crockpot. Stir thoroughly.Cover and Cook on Low 7-9 hours. (High: 3 hours).

1 (16 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 tsp. chili powder (or to taste)
2 tsp. seasoned salt (to taste)
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 c. raw rice, converted
3 stalks celery, chopped
grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (optional) Preparation:
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 6 to 8 hours or on High 3 hours. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving, if desired.
Crockpot Southwest Vegetable Soup
Ingredients:
2lb. hamburger (browned)
1 onion chopped
1 7oz. can of chopped green chilies
1 can Rotel chopped tomatoes & green chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes chopped
1 17oz can of whole kernel corn
1 15oz can of hominy
2 15oz cans of Ranch style beans Preparation:
Cook in crockpot on low 6-8 hours.
Crockpot Sunday Dinner Pot Roast With Vegetables
Ingredients:
1 sirloin tip roast
1 can Golden Mushroom Soup
1 lb. baby carrots
4-6 potatoes (peeled and quartered)
1 beef bouillon cube
1 bay leaf
1 Tbsp. parsley
1 onion (in chunks)
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
black pepper to taste
4 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce Preparation:
Place roast in crock pot. Arrange veggies around it. Dissolve bouillon cube in a cup of boiling water. Mix soup in with the bouillon. Sprinkle all spices on roast, then pour soup over all. Simmer on low or medium low 6-8 hours.
