Lazy Lasagna
Ingredients: 1 lb. ground beef 32 oz. spaghetti sauce (I use Prego- garden style) 1 lb. cottage cheese 8 oz. sour cream Uncooked lasagna noodles 3 pkg. sliced mozzarella cheese 1/2 grated parmesan cheese 1 cup water Preparation: Brown ground beef and add sauce. In a bowl, combine sour cream and cottage cheese. Layer meat sauce, noodles, and 1/2 cottage cheese mixture. Then mozzarella, meat sauce, parm. cheese, noodles, rest of cottage cheese mixture and top with mozzarella. Pour cup of water around edges of pan. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr. Uncover and bake 20 min. more.
Pasta La Pizza
Serves: 4 Ingredients:
1 package (5.1 oz) Pasta Roni Angel Hair with Parmesan Cheese
1/3 cup pizza or spaghetti sauce
1-1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
Choose your own pizza toppings: pepperoni, olives, cooked bacon,
cooked sausage, salami, green peppers Preparation: 1. PREPARE Pasta Roni according to package directions. Let stand 3
minutes. 2. PLACE pasta on pizza pan or baking sheet to form 9-inch circle. Spread
pizza sauce over center. Sprinkle with cheese, oregano and toppings,
as desired. 3. BROIL 3 TO 4 inches from heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until cheese is
melted. 4. For individual servings, arrange one-fourth of pasta (about 1/2 cup) on
each of 4 microwave-safe dinner plates, forming 4-inch circles. Spread
about 1 tablespoon pizza sauce over center of each. Sprinkle with
cheese, oregano and toppings, as desired. Microwave each plate on HIGH
(100% power) 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted
